RESOUND – Recovery for Families & Supporters
Because Addiction Affects More Than Just the person Trapped by Addiction
Resound is a 6-month group recovery programme created for supporters — spouses, parents, siblings, and close friends of those battling addiction.
Addiction doesn’t only harm the person trapped in addiction— it deeply impacts everyone around them.
Resound helps you reclaim your peace, power, and purpose while learning how to walk in wisdom, not worry.
What Is Resound?

Why Choose Resound?
Because addiction doesn’t only affect the person with the addiction — it affects the ENTIRE family.
If you’ve ever loved someone with an addiction, you know the exhaustion, the confusion, and the heartbreak. You’ve tried helping. You’ve tried fixing. Maybe you’ve even tried walking away — only to feel guilt pull you back in.
The Resound Program is here for you — the spouse, the parent, the sibling, the friend — the one who’s been silently breaking while holding everyone else together.
Backed by Research. Rooted in Hope.
- Children who grow up in addiction-affected homes are 4–8 times more likely to struggle with addiction themselves.
- Up to 80% of adult children from such homes develop codependent behavior. Codependent adults often lose themselves trying to keep others happy. They struggle with boundaries, fear rejection, and feel responsible for others’ emotions. Their worth becomes tied to fixing, pleasing, and avoiding conflict — often at the cost of their own well-being.
- One caring, emotionally healthy adult can completely change a child’s trajectory (Harvard, ACE Study, Werner Research).
That adult could be you — if you get the tools and support you need.
Resound Helps You:
Break the cycle of rescuing, enabling, and emotional burnout
Set boundaries without guilt
Rediscover your own identity and peace
Be a safe, stable support for your children
Let go of your addicted loved one’s outcomes — and begin your own healing journey.
Good news! Many times (unfortunately not always) when you get help, it changes the family dynamic and it enables the person struggling with addiction to also get help
You don’t need to wait for the person struggling with addiction to change for your life to get better.
Resound empowers you to stop living in reaction to someone else’s chaos.
You’ll gain clarity, strength, and the tools to respond with wisdom instead of fear.
Because your story matters too.
Because healing is possible — for you and the next generation.
You don’t have to carry the weight of their choices.
It’s time to begin healing yourself.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
Whether you’ve been holding it all together for years or are just now feeling the impact, Resound is your invitation to heal — for you, not just for them.
